VILLA SARCHI: Costa Rica Natural

This rare Villa Sarchi varietal coffee is produced by Mr. Alberth Monge at La Ele Estate in Bajo Canetmone, Tarrazu, Costa Rica. The natural process results in a fruit-forward and jam-packed cup profile with dense flavours. 

The combination of the high altitude of the farm and nutrient-rich Costa Rica soil helps portrays complex flavours and high fruity acidity making for a very unique yet enjoyable cup.  

Tasting Notes: Ripe Kiwi, Red Apple, Dark Chocolate, Black Plum, Candied Cherry, Cacao Nib

ABOUT LA ELE ESTATE

LA Ele Estate is Co-owned by Mr. Alberth Monge who is new to speciality coffee production. He is full of enthusiasm about his new farm, especially because it is located in Bajo Canetmone of the highest altitude micro-region of the Tarrazu Region. 

Mr. Monge started this farm 3 years ago, As he is young, he could not ask for a loan from the bank so he convinced his two best friends to invest in this farm. Mr. Monge manages the day to day activities of the farm, While the other two friends look after the finances.
