Our coffee is freshly roasted and ethically sourced - shipped to all our crew members worldwide. Our coffee generally tastes best at least 5 days after the roast date and within 3 months of the roast date.

 

Pirates of Coffee is a part of WE THE ORIGIN, which sources green coffee via Direct Trade  (directly from coffee producers) in Panama, Yemen, Costa Rica,  Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Rwanda, Indonesia and other origins.

 

We purchase via Direct Trade because this enables us to ensure that coffee producers are paid fairly and allows us to build relationships with farmers based on trust and transparency.

 

Check out our Transparent Origin coffees, where we clearly display the price paid to each producer for the coffee. Coffee producers tend to get taken advantage of, but not on our watch.
