COFFEE CUPPING: Sensory Experience

Enjoy an eventful Sunday exploring what goes on behind the scenes at a coffee roastery. This experience focuses on cupping a curated selection of Pirates of Coffee’s freshly roasted coffees, giving you the chance to taste and compare coffees of various calibers side by side.

Dive into their unique nuances as you move through a guided tasting across the flavor wheel. fruity, chocolatey, anaerobic, natural, washed, and even co‑fermented profiles. With coffees from multiple origins and roast levels, this session offers a wide variety for you to explore, discuss, and enjoy.

Spend your Sunday morning discovering how different processing methods, roast styles, and origins shape the final cup. It’s an engaging, hands‑on way to deepen your understanding of specialty coffee.

What to Expect?

Cupping will be set up to SCA standards, showcasing coffees with diverse cup scores. We’ll provide all cupping spoons, simply show up, taste, and dive into the sensory nuances of each coffee. Your session also includes a guided tour of our Production area.
