Coffees from Daye Bensa are known for their multi-layer finish and this one is no different. If you have enjoyed our previous releases - Treasure of Hamasho, Treasure of Hamasho Anaerobic, and Shantawene Anaerobic this will float your boat as they are from the same producer.
Tasting Notes: Watermelon, Rambutan, Bergamot Tea, Red Apple
Cup score: 90.25 ☕
Rumudamo is roasted light/medium and is intended to be enjoyed on both filter and espresso.
ABOUT DAYE BENSA
Daye Bensa Coffee's farm is located in Shantawene Village, which is 10Km away from Daye Town in Ethiopia. The farm is right in the middle of natural forest surrounded by indigenous trees which are expected to be older than 200 years.
The farm is surrounded by rivers separating Bombe and Keramo Villages. To maintain natural fertility in the soil and to maintain shade for the plantation the Ministry of Agriculture - Ethiopia is regularly consulted and a plan is set in place to maintain the flora and fauna of the surroundings and the farm.
