ABOUT FINCA UN REGALO DE DIOS
Finca Un Regalo de Dios, located in Nicaragua’s Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range, spans 179 acres, with 130 acres dedicated to coffee cultivation. The farm sits at elevations between 1,350 and 1,800 meters above sea level, benefiting from a cool microclimate (10–16°C) created by the surrounding cloud forest. Owner Luis grows several coffee varieties, including Red & Yellow Catuai, Pacamara, Maracaturra, Java, Bourbon, SL-34, Catimore, and hybrids. It is situated in the Mozonte municipality, within the Quisuli community.

Every lot receives meticulous care at every stage. For the Honey process, carefully picked cherries are brought to the wet mill, floated, de-pulped, and immediately transported to Beneficio Las Segovias, where they dry on African Beds for 21–25 days. The Natural process follows a similar method—cherries are carefully picked, floated, and taken to Beneficio Las Segovias to dry on African Beds for 25–30 days.
