Passion Fruit is a Purple Caturra varietal from Finca Monteblanco, produced by Rodrigo Sanchez using the Co‑Ferment Washed process. Just like every coffee we’ve featured from this farm, it’s jam‑packed with fruity, sweet, expressive notes.

The cup is an impressive experience, densely layered yet smooth and supple to drink. It doesn’t overwhelm all at once; instead, the flavours unfold gradually, becoming more delightful as they spread across the tongue. The profile is clean, with soft, juicy edges that make each sip feel bright, delectable, and deeply satisfying.

Monteblanco sits surrounded by the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park, and rests right by the Suaza River Valley.

The natural landscape that sprawls in each direction provides the farm with a direct connection to nature and the wonderful flora and fauna that exists within it. The fourteen hectares of Monteblanco is a family farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia.
