Oaky is an oak barrel process coffee produced by Andrés Quiceno and Julio Madrid in Risaralda, Colombia.

This unique fermentation process gives the coffee a complex cup profile that reminds us of oakwood.

Tasting Notes: Cherry, Oak, Chikoo Sapodilla, Allspice, Maple Syrup

Cup Score: 88.25

This coffee is produced by the same producer at the same farm as Smoothie, Munchie, Geshie so if you liked any of these, this will float your boat.

Oaky is part of our 2025 Loco Series, which celebrates the crazy (in a good way) coffees coming out of Colombia. Our goal is to appreciate and display the innovative efforts of Colombian coffee producers, that are moving the global coffee production industry forward.
