MELONHEAD NITRO: Colombia Nitro Fermentation

Melonhead is back! This years version was produced with a nitro fermentation process by Julio Madrid at La Riviera in Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda. This results in a coffee that is similar to the original Melonhead, but sweeter, cleaner and more balanced.

Colombian coffee farmers are continuously working to push the boundaries of coffee processing, and this this nitro fermented coffee is a shining example of how Colombia is a leader when it comes to innovation in global coffee production.
