MATCHA: Ceremonial Grade Spring Harvest
Ceremonial Grade Matcha from the Spring Harvest sourced from a small cooperative in Japan’s premier growing region, this Spring Harvest ceremonial matcha is crafted using only the first flush, the most vibrant and nutrient-dense leaves of the year. Shade-grown for deeper sweetness, then stone-milled into a silky powder, this matcha is creamy, sweet, and bright.
Expect a smooth, velvety cup with zero bitterness and a long, clean finish. Whether you're whisking a traditional bowl or building a next-level matcha latte, this is the good stuff.
We wanted a matcha that matches the Pirates standard: clean, high-end, vibrant, and naturally sweet. This Spring Harvest lot had the brightest jade colour of all the samples and delivered a creamy body without grassy bitterness. Perfect for both purists and latte lovers.
