The cup is a sensory journey. The moment you crack open the bag, a vibrant lychee aroma fills the room and carries beautifully into the brew. The cup has a juicy and refreshing mouthfeel, offering an balanced experience. Undertones of rose florals linger on the palate from start to finish.

ABOUT CAPILLA DEL ROSARIO

Capilla del Rosario is a fourth‑generation family farm led by José Posada and his family. What began as a traditional coffee estate has grown into a center for innovation, education, and coffee tourism, establishing the farm as a regional leader in quality and experimental processing.

Covering 45 hectares, the farm produces roughly 50 metric tons of parchment coffee each year, with a strong emphasis on premium microlots and cutting‑edge fermentation techniques. Its facilities include a fully equipped wet mill, controlled fermentation tanks, shaded raised drying beds, mechanical dryers, a sensory analysis lab, and a sample roastery. Beyond processing excellence, Capilla del Rosario champions shade‑grown agriculture and biodiversity conservation, underscoring its long‑term commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
