Like the previous batch more, but still good

I think the previous batch was a little bit better. In the new batch there’s still the known aroma, taste, but I found it more “boisé” if I say it in French. Some harshness. It needs more temperature than the previous one, seems to be more lighter roast.
But still a good experience.
