ABOUT EL PARAISO 92

Granja El Paraíso‑92 is a family‑run farm celebrated for its award‑winning specialty coffees, including Java, Bourbon Pink, Geisha, and more. Their approach combines advanced agricultural techniques—such as terracing, drip irrigation, shade management, and lab‑guided nutrition—to consistently elevate quality. With dedicated microbiology and quality labs on site, every lot is processed with precision, beginning with selective harvesting, sterilization, and tailored anaerobic fermentation using specific microorganisms.

After pulping, each coffee undergoes a second controlled fermentation, followed by a hot‑cold water treatment designed to enhance flavour and aroma. This meticulous, science‑driven workflow is what sets El Paraíso‑92 apart, producing coffees known for their clarity, intensity, and exceptional cup character.
