ABU TN-640: Panama Anaerobic Natural

Sale price Price $40.00 Regular price Unit price  per

Lot TN-640 from Abu Coffee in Panama is an anaerobic natural processed coffee that is tropical, fruit-forward, balanced and sweet.

The cup experience is unlike any other Panamanian Catuai varietal we have cupped. Unfortunately, we have to emphasize the "micro" in micro-lot. We have a very small quantity so we hope our crew members get a chance to try it before it's gone.

Tasting Notes: Dried Fig, Plum, Pineapple. Sugar Cane, Blackcurrant, Sapodilla Chikoo

Cup score:  88.75 ☕

ABU COFFEE

Abu Coffee Panama Geisha

Abu Coffee was named to honor the memory of José Guillermo Luttrell Tedman, a third generation coffee producer from the Cañas Verdes region of Boquete, Chiriquí in Panama.

"ABU" (short for Abuelo, grandfather in Spanish) is what his grandchildren used to call him. His dream was to achieve the best cup of coffee with the highest standards of quality. Abu Coffee continues to live this dream by producing some of the most incredible and unique coffees available not only in Panama, but globally.
