Our third release in this line up is a beautiful Pink Bourbon varietal coffee produced by Rodrigo Sanchez at the legendary Monteblanco Farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia.

This complex cup profile has a syrupy mouthfeel, light spice notes and delightful sweet undertones. The notes change as the coffee cools, making for a unique experience with each sip.

The natural landscape that sprawls in each direction provides the farm with a direct connection to nature and the wonderful flora and fauna that exists within it. The fourteen hectares of Monteblanco is a family farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia.
