TREASURE OF YEMEN - IBB, AL-QAFR

This coffee was produced by Saleh Mohammed Hanash, a Yemeni small-hold coffee farmer from the Ibb, Al-Qafr region in the village of Shaia'an. We are fortunate to be able to offer this rare micro-lot coffee for a limited time. Once it's gone, it's gone.

The people of Yemen are currently living through a humanitarian crisis, with 24 million people in need of aid. For every 100g bag sold, $3 will be donated to Red Cross’s Yemeni Appeal in partnership with Rabbit Hole Roasters.

☠️ Recommendation for Crew Members: This is a complex coffee with many layers. The flavour profile changes dramatically as the coffee cools in the cup. To get the gummy bear-like sparkling raspberry, let the coffee cool down for a few minutes after brewing. Argh!
