This coffee is unique and rare, featuring a Double Anaerobic Natural process paired with the Catimor varietal, produced in the Yunnan Province of China by Torch Coffee.

Just like last year, the cup bursts with bold, fruit-forward tones, a light, crystal-clear, tea-like mouthfeel, and a lingering jammy finish.

Expect vibrant notes of wild berries and dried raisin that dance across the palate. A truly adventurous profile that showcases the innovation and terroir of Chinese specialty coffee.
