TREASURE OF CHINA: Double Anaerobic Natural

Our first ever Coffee from China is a special one. We discovered this rare treasure during our recent trip to Shanghai, China and we had to bring back to Canada to share with The Crew.

This coffee stood out amongst over 100+ different coffees that we cupped while we were in China. Treasure of China is a Double Anaerobic Natural processed Catimor varietal produced in the scenic southwestern province of Yunnan by Torch Coffee. 

Treasure of China is a highly complex offering, bursting with endless tropical fruits and a balanced sweetness that carries through the cup experience from brew to cool-down, capped with a lingering dark chocolate finish.

We spent some time with the producers, Torch Coffee on our recent expedition at HotelEx 2024, Shanghai, China. It is always a pleasure to find producers who care about coffee as much as we do.
