N34 Geisha is fruit forward and vibrant, perfect for summer. This must be our 6th or 7th geisha (we've lost count!) from Creativa Coffee District aka "the CCD" in Boquete, Panama.
We love the CCD project and how they integrate Panamanian art and specialty coffee in a unique and authentic space. N34 was processed with CCD's proprietary Static Cherry Anaerobic Process.

N34 is a top lot from the CCD, produced by Manuel Gonzalez at his farm Inmobiliaria Rio Caldera.
Our previous N33 Geisha from the CCD is now sold out, so we're excited to bring in N34 Geisha.
N34 was processed with the Static Cherry process, whereas N33 was processed with the Chilled Cherry process. The result is that N34 has quite a different cup profile in comparison to our previous N33.
