Janson Geisha Lot #940 is a bright and floral washed geisha produced by Janson Coffee in Panama.
This coffee takes us back in time. It's a classic Panama Geisha, with a structured cup profile and a delicate tea-like texture. This is the type of coffee that led us to become obsessed with Panama Geisha many harvests ago.

We're thrilled to be working with Janson Coffee. They are a highly accredited coffee producer, finishing #1, #2 or #3 in the Best of Panama over the years. Their award-winning coffees are also used regularly in competition.
ABOUT JANSON COFFEE
The Janson Coffee farm is run by the First and Second Generation of Janson Family members. Their primary focus is improving coffee quality. Janson coffee plants on a total of 100 hectares of land dedicated to Arabic coffee Production. It is divided between their two farms Los Alpes and Hacienda.
Their two coffee plantations are located on the Talamanca Mountain Range on the slopes of Tisingal and Baru volcanoes. The Original Hacienda was established by Carl Axel Janson who was an immigrant from Sweden. Carl's sons Carl, Michael, Ricardo and Peter established Janson Coffee in 1989.
The farms are micromanaged to make sure there is no use of Pesticides and Herbicides. Janson Coffee has shown its commitment to preserving the environment by using 400 Solar Panels that produce energy for the Farm. They have also used forests as a natural barrier to protect the flora and fauna of the region.
