Coffee from Yemen is just different. We've had a special infatuation with this origin from day 1. Yemeni coffee farmers tend to produce highly complex cup profiles, which makes for some of the most unique and rare coffees that you can find.

This beautiful treat is produced by a single farmer, Ibrahim Mahmoud in the Sana region of Yemen. The mix of Dawairy and Ja'adi varietals paired with a Natural drying process, displays this coffee's floral, sweet and fruit-forward nature.

Tasting Notes: Rosehip, Cream Soda, Mandarin, Peppermint Tea, Cherry

Varietal: Dawairy, Ja'adi

Process: Natural

This coffee is sourced by our long-term Yemeni Coffee Producer Partner Mokha not Mocha (Previously known as Sabcomeed). Some of our previous releases from this producer were Yemen Mohamed Mosleh, Al Sanaa, Al Udain, PhilosophyYemen Sageer Al Khoulani

ABOUT IBRAHIM MAHMOUD

Ibrahim Mahmoud Wahabis a 35 year old farmer and a father of two. He is from Al
Barak, Masar village located in the West Haraz region part of the Sana’a governorate. His major challenges include water irrigation, specifically transferring of preserved rain water kept in barrels to reach his farm. In addition, the mountainous terrain increases the time spent going from his home to his farm due to the lack of roads.
