GOLDEN HOUR: Colombia Co-Ferment Washed

Golden Hour is a fruit-forward Co-Ferment processed coffee produced by the master of Co-Ferment coffee production, Rodrigo Sanchez, at his Monteblanco farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. It is a Purple Caturra varietal with a strong sense of character.

The cup opens with an intense, explosive pineapple aroma and a soft, airy, juicy mouthfeel. It is lush and silky, a tropical daydream that coats the tongue with vivid yellow fruit notes from the very first sip. The experience is a testament to the farm’s terroir and Rodrigo’s exceptional production capabilities.

Monteblanco sits surrounded by the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park, and rests right by the Suaza River Valley.

The natural landscape that sprawls in each direction provides the farm with a direct connection to nature and the wonderful flora and fauna that exists within it. The fourteen hectares of Monteblanco is a family farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia.
