FXZZY PEACH: Colombia Co-Ferment Washed

Fxzzy Peach is our newest vibrant offering, packing a punch of fresh peach the moment you open the bag. Produced by the renowned Rodrigo Sanchez at Finca Monteblanco in the Pitalito region of Colombia, this coffee follows in the footsteps of our other popular selections from his farm. It is a Caturra Bourbon varietal, produced using a co-fermented washed process.

The unique terroir of Monteblanco, paired with Rodrigo’s technical expertise, results in a cup filled with delicate nuances. These flavors evolve beautifully as the coffee cools, revealing complementary tones supported by a dense, syrupy mouthfeel.

ABOUT MONTEBLANCO FARM

Monteblanco sits surrounded by the Cueva de los Guacharos National Natural Park, and rests right by the Suaza River Valley.

The natural landscape that sprawls in each direction provides the farm with a direct connection to nature and the wonderful flora and fauna that exists within it. The fourteen hectares of Monteblanco is a family farm managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia.
