This beautiful natural-processed Ethiopian from Bombe, Sidamo is syrupy, balanced and clean. The tropical fruit acidity and chocolatey undertones result in a cup that is aromatic and flavourful.
After we sold out of Fruit Punch, we had to find a worthy coffee to replace the crew favourite. We're glad to say we found the treasure we were searching for at Testi Coffee in Bombe Village in Sidamo, Ethiopia.

Testi Trading PLC is a family-owned company embedded at the origin to supply the specialty coffee industry with high-quality coffee beans. It was founded by Faysel Abdosh in 2009. They hold a great reputation for supplying quality specialty beans from Ethiopia.
ABOUT THE NATURAL SIDAMO PROCESS
The Natural Process is a 2-step process performed at the Ayla washing station in Bombe, Ethiopia.
The first step is soaking; A mix of 85% Ripe, 10% Unripe and 5% over ripe cherries are immersed in a water tank. After the floaters are removed the cherries are soaked for 12 hours in water.
The second step is drying; This process takes a total of 28 days. 5 cm thick raised beds are used for drying. 25kg cherries are strategically placed in a location with high wind blow and less sunlight.
This process enhances the taste of each cherry and gives it a sugary, honey-like taste.
