This expressive profile is a hallmark of Ethiopia’s renowned coffee‑growing regions, further elevated by the influence of sun‑dried cherries. The cup is well‑rounded, free of any sharp or edgy tones, creating an experience that remains relaxing yet exciting throughout.

Ken Bon Coffee is the sister company of Keko Coffee, founded twelve years ago by Aisha Besher, who grew up in a city celebrated for its rich coffee heritage. With her father deeply rooted in the coffee industry, Aisha developed a lifelong passion for coffee that led to the creation of Keko Coffee—an exporter of premium green and roasted Arabica beans to markets across the United States, Kuwait, Canada, China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Nigeria, Oman, Germany, and more.

As the business grew, Keko Coffee expanded by launching Ken Bon Coffee, which has now been operating for over four years. This third‑generation enterprise is managed by Danya Abdulsela, daughter of Keko Coffee’s founder, and proudly carries the story of being among the youngest coffee exporters in Ethiopia.

The name Ken Bon, derived from an Ethiopian delicacy meaning “delighted in oneself,” reflects our pride in the exceptional quality and heritage of our homeland’s coffee.
