Our first coffee from Ecuador is a fruit-forward and floral gem produced by Finca Cruz Loma.

ABOUT FINCA CRUZ LOMA

Finca Cruz Loma produces coffee in Imbabura Province in Ecuador and is managed by Galo Morales Flores and Maria Alexandra Riveria. We recommend taking a look at their Instagram account to lean more about their coffee production.

Ecuador's weather allows for a perfect year-round growing season. Alongside coffee, The Finca Cruz Loma farm also grows sugar cane, passion fruit, potatoes, beans, corn and plantains.

ABOUT APRICOT CRUSH

Apricot Crush is processed in a unique fashion. The coffee cherry is de-pulped immediately after picking and then fermented in sealed tanks for 20 hours. After fermentation, the beans are washed and dried on hand-made structures and greenhouses. This helps with slow and even drying.
