Origin Teas: Moroccan Mint

A delightful and exotic blend of green tea and mints.  It is a superb drink hot or iced. Try it Moroccan style, sweetened with sugar. In Morocco, this tea is then poured into a teapot (known as a Moroccan style pot) which is elongated rather than round with a longer spout. The tea is poured from this teapot held high in the air into small crystal glasses with brass handles. Moroccans enjoy the social ritual of making this sweet flavourful tea which goes well with their hearty lamb stew, couscous, nuts, and apricots.

Available as loose tea or in biodegradable tea sachets.

Brewing recommendations

• Water Temperature - 200°F/93°C for 3-4 mins.
• Light Tea: 2g per cup (240ml water)
• Strong Tea: 3g per cup (240ml water)

Biodegradable Tea Sachets

The Pyramid Tea Sachets are made from Biodegradable PLA material imported from Japan. Compared to conventional tea bags these are bigger and can accommodate larger tea leaves, which helps them hold more flavour. The Tetrahedral shape of the sachet allows loose tea to expand during the brewing releasing more flavour with each dip.
