Soft Serve Espresso is a creamy, strawberry-forward treat produced by Juan Pablo Velez at Finca La Luisa in Ciudad Bolivar, Antioquia, Colombia.
Produced with a honey-culturing process, this dessert-like treat is roasted for espresso and reminds us of strawberry soft serve ice cream. We recommend to have it either as espresso or with milk and dairy alternatives.
