    About Abu Coffee

Abu Coffee was named to honour the memory of José Guillermo Luttrell, a third generation coffee producer from the Cañas Verdes region of Boquete, Chiriquí in Panama.

"ABU" (short for Abuelo, grandfather in Spanish) is what his grandchildren used to call him. His dream was to achieve the best cup of coffee with the highest standards of quality. Abu Coffee continues to live this dream by producing some of the most incredible and unique coffees available not only in Panama, but globally.

    About Hacienda La Esmeralda

Hacienda La Esmeralda is the pioneer of geisha coffee in Panama and requires no introduction. They have secured 1st place in the Best of Panama almost every year since 2004. Enough said.

Hacienda La Esmerlada is being run by third generation family members. They are famous worldwide for their high quality geisha offerings and sustainable farming practices.
